“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone” I am a young person with big dreams, having the basic awareness about my top values in life “family” and motives “achievements”. A diverse working experience of (20yrs) in International and Multinational companies between Lebanon, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar, I held different roles in Human Resources and Management, such as Office Manager, Human Resource Director, Business Owner of Management Consultancy, General Manager of a trading company, and business development for a recruitment consultant. My values made me take a shift in my career by 2012 to be in the educational field, currently working as a Director of Admissions and Parent Relations at a reputable international school in Beirut, previously Head of Admission and Marketing at the International School of London in Qatar, building great bonds with international families from over 72 nationalities and influencing the education of generations. Building on my Executive Diploma in Human Resources and managerial experience two coaching certifications (Certified Life Coach & Certified Family Coach) made a transformation in my career. Moreover, I completed my Master’s of Science in Organisational & Business Psychology at the University of Liverpool in 2020. As much as we develop strategic plans and handle difficult leadership challenges, being a resourceful coach made a significant change in my approach to everything starting from myself, my communication with my two adorable daughters, my colleagues and the world, in which I started to be recognized globally and invited to be a keynote speaker at educational conferences and trainer for administrative teams in international schools. Starting with a unique individual career progression to set an objective next step, setting respect of self and others, with an inclusion of the uniqueness of each and their diversity as the core for every start. The identity of who I am and where I want to be, is reflecting my true colors and transparent confident progression to reach out for a wider understanding of the world, carrying my passion to embrace families from multinational communities. Based on my educational background, my bilingual culture, and the exposure to work with international schools and families from all over the world inspired my journey as a parent and gave me the power to bridge to your family.
